All of our account managers respond promptly, accurately, and are knowledgeable about products, processes, and services. Each account manager goes through an introductory training course with each department’s manager, so they are equipped to respond to incoming requests. We ensure you have regular and consistent contact even when an account manager is out of the office (99% of the time people do business with those they know, like, and trust). We pledge to be a good listener but also hear what is being communicated.
